Evidence, research assets, and indexability
Updated · Class: Reviewed claim · Review: Reviewed by Dread team guidance · Maintainer: Dread Research · Contact [email protected]
This page records what public evidence exists on dread.technology and what still needs human review. It is intentionally conservative: removed placeholder assets are identified as removed rather than described as complete research papers.
Removed placeholder PDFs
The files prompt-baking-mk1.pdf, disentangled-representations.pdf, and llm-control-theory.pdf were placeholder-sized assets and have been removed from the public indexable site. Important research summaries should live in accessible HTML until complete PDFs are available.
- prompt-baking-mk1.pdf: removed placeholder asset
- disentangled-representations.pdf: removed placeholder asset
- llm-control-theory.pdf: removed placeholder asset
Machine-readable discovery
The site exposes robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, agents.txt, and an RFC 9727 API catalog at /.well-known/api-catalog. Public responses advertise the catalog through a Link header. Cloudflare is also configured for agent markdown generation; generated markdown should be treated as an additional representation of the canonical HTML pages rather than a separate source of claims.
Evidence ledger
The ledger is deliberately selective. A reviewed internal finding can be described in public copy without becoming a machine-readable evidence citation until an anonymous crawler has a public source to inspect.
Evidence ledger
- OPSD repair: demonstrated claim with review pass and immutable source.
- Orin local inference: demonstrated claim with review pass and immutable source.
- dread-mm CLI: demonstrated claim with review pass and immutable source.
- dread.ltd finding: reviewed text with no public citation, stopped before the evidence ledger.
- Machine-readable discovery exposes the three public citations through HTML, JSON-LD, sitemap, llms.txt, and agents.txt.
Demonstrated claim: OPSD/u-v/e repair
Claim: A narrow Qwen3.6-27B LoRA repair moved a defined OpenCode MCP probe from 23/26 to 26/26 with the privileged hint removed.
Status: Demonstrated. Owner: brixton_leigh. Last verified: 2026-07-27.
Demonstrated claim: Orin local inference
Claim: Dread has a reproducible OpenAI-compatible local-inference setup for Qwen3.6 35B-A3B and 27B on an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin.
Status: Demonstrated. Owner: brixton_leigh. Last verified: 2026-07-27.
Demonstrated claim: Mattermost agent CLI
Claim: Dread provides a one-file Mattermost CLI that lets attributable agent identities read channels, post messages, and poll for updates through the Mattermost v4 API.
Status: Demonstrated. Owner: brixton_leigh. Last verified: 2026-07-27.
Project-story evidence
The Thing mirror and Janus are public project stories. The Thing preserves a staged-prototype, unvalidated-RF-design boundary; Janus demonstrates selective page delivery, not downstream agent deception.
- The Thing: mirrored engineering atlas from git.dread.technology/aman/TheThing at revision f51bbf3
- Janus: one URL can present different observed pages by request identity
Next evidence to publish
Useful future evidence would include sanitized red-team reports, dgit screenshots, Mattermost/dread-mm architecture notes, Orin local inference run logs, sensor-map summaries, reproducible eval traces, OPSD/u-v/e repair demos with redactions where required, and public Janus trace sets showing downstream agent behavior.
