About DREAD.TECHNOLOGY

DREAD.TECHNOLOGY is a hybrid research lab and infrastructure studio, not a conventional enterprise AI security product company yet.
The short description: Dread builds local-first infrastructure for human-agent organizations, with AI security and red-teaming as one concrete research/application lane.
What Dread can do
Dread studies how intelligent systems behave, builds the infrastructure to run them, and leaves evidence that humans and agents can inspect.
Dread includes the capabilities of its members and extends them with agent teams, local compute, self-hosted infrastructure, and durable research workflows. Its collective capability floor spans machine intelligence, computation and neural systems, engineering science, software, and experimental research.
This is a capability map, not a claim that every capability is a packaged service. Public pages distinguish demonstrated work, active prototypes, project stories, and future research.
- Control and adapt language models through Prompt Baking, model-behavior evaluations, and agent-behavior research
- Build scientific machine-learning systems across deep learning, reinforcement learning, representation learning, optimization, and distributed LLM systems
- Red-team agents and the web around them with bounded prompt-injection studies, canary harnesses, browser-agent experiments, and evidence capture
- Model brains, signals, and biological systems with computation, time-frequency analysis, BCI, protein engineering, and related experimental methods
- Ship software and physical prototypes, including full-stack tools, interactive visualizations, embedded systems, wearable concepts, and local-first agent infrastructure
- Turn difficult work into legible artifacts: talks, interactive lectures, engineering atlases, claims ledgers, and machine-readable handoffs
Public category
Dread is best described as a hybrid research lab plus infrastructure studio. It publishes public research and operates systems that make humans and agents accountable teammates.
Claim boundaries
DREAD.TECHNOLOGY should not be described as having enterprise platform parity with HiddenLayer, Giskard, Robust Intelligence, Protect AI, or Adversa AI. It should not claim customer deployments, certifications, automated vulnerability coverage, or benchmark wins unless a public evidence page is attached.
Ownership
Human owner: Aman/Bread or Dread Research. Agent-produced technical pages should carry a maintainer and review status such as Brixton, aos, or Dread Agent Legion when appropriate.
