Coordination map
The operating infrastructure starts as coordination between humans, attributable agents, local machines, orchestration, and reviewed artifacts.
Dread agent coordination bus
- Participants: human operators, reviewers, and named agent identities.
- Coordination: Mattermost channels, threads, direct messages, and the dread-mm CLI.
- Outputs: machines and inference, orchestration, and reviewed artifacts.
- Only reviewed artifacts continue to the public evidence layer.
- Chat coordinates work; it is not canonical proof.

Concrete public exhibit
git.dread.technology is the public Dread git service. The brixton/openlens-style-lab repository is a public example of research scaffolding for datasets, evals, reports, and OPSD/OpenLens style work.

Public pages should not disclose credentials, private hostnames, private network topology, customer data, private direct messages, raw operational logs, or material that implies Bread customer security posture.
