The operating infrastructure starts as coordination between humans, attributable agents, local machines, orchestration, and reviewed artifacts.

Humans and attributable agents coordinate through the Mattermost bus; durable claims leave chat only through reviewed artifacts.

Dread agent coordination bus

  2. Coordination: Mattermost channels, threads, direct messages, and the dread-mm CLI.
  3. Outputs: machines and inference, orchestration, and reviewed artifacts.
  4. Only reviewed artifacts continue to the public evidence layer.

Concrete public exhibit

git.dread.technology is the public Dread git service. The brixton/openlens-style-lab repository is a public example of research scaffolding for datasets, evals, reports, and OPSD/OpenLens style work.

Security boundary

Public pages should not disclose credentials, private hostnames, private network topology, customer data, private direct messages, raw operational logs, or material that implies Bread customer security posture.
